Terrible experience today. I love my nurse practitioner, but the wait time is ridiculous. It's 1 o'clock, and my appointment was 1215. Don't they think that their patients time is valuable?

Worst office experience ever. Waited 2 hours only to have the office staff tell me they can't do what the doctor told them to do. They also barely speak English. They cater only to Spanish speaking clients.

Horrible . If you don't speak Spanish don't waste your time . And the wait is over 2 hours. Better off going to the hospital

I have been using Cano Health for 9 months, but I have decided that it is time to move on. It has been almost impossible to communicate with anyone there except for 3 notable exceptions - Dayma and Stephanie who speak English, and Dr. Rodriguez to whom I was assigned, (although he has never appeared as PCP on my insurance card). If I could give them half a star I would. I made an appointment through zocdoc and when I showed up I found out the doctor I had made the appointment with was away on vacation. Had to wait over two hours before being seen by a PA. Then the next time I go in just to get a paper signed they made me pay for another visit and would not let me see the PA unless they took all my vitals again-so they could charge the insurance for the visit. Unfortunately, I'm not able to leave a positive review for Cano health. Although I see the efforts in particular desk staff and genuine efforts in the medical assistants, there have been way too many downs then there have been ups and it's time to make the call. My first visit was horrid, it should not take over 3 hours to intake a new patient with an appointment. The doctor I saw Dr. Marlow, who is now no longer seeing his patients because she is doing more admin and specialist work ( haha how ironic). Her PA was active... read more

RUN!!! This health facility is only interested in your money. If you look carefully at your bills you will see that you are billed for services you did not get, you will be treated as if your time was worth nothing, and you will never get anyone to give you a straight answer on anything. The front staff is just awful. They have absolutely no people skill in any way shape or form. You wait for hours to be seen by a doctor who strolls in whenever they feel like it. this place should be shut down. the front staff is insanely rude. this is my first AND LAST time ever coming here. it's my first time coming here, why should i know what i'm suppose to do when i walk in the door? how about instead of starring at me you ask me if i need help!!!!! when i ask a question i expect help and respect not for you to look at me like i'm stupid. DO NOT COME HERE. waited for TWO HOURS.

If I could of given zero stars I would. The rudest and most insensible doctor office out there. Run as far away from this place as possible. The ladies at the front desk just sit and do nothing besides give attitude to everyone that walks into the office. This place takes so long to get in and no one knows what is going on ever.
