I have one moth that my XR show that I have neumonía, the Doctor did not prescribe to me nothing to stop my neumonía increase he just told me that he will sent tI me to the pulmonologist , I call the Doctor for push him to prescribe to me an antibiotic he did fret I asked to him, now according me he has to send to me another XR if not how he will know that I m better or not, so I called again, I make another appointment by phone and he said that he will prescribe to me the another antibiotic and the another XR, and guess, he... read more

Worst clinic in central Florida. It used to be ok when it was Central Florida Internist, now it looks like a Russian or Chinese Huan clinic. The doctors don't know what they doing, you can't barely see a doctor. The appointments are always in 3 months. The last time I've requested for a virtual appointment to see a doctor, they ended up making me see a nurse, whom was very unprofessional. I have never encountered a business more inept a serving their customers in my life. You make an appointment with their call center, who doesn't communicate with the lab at the location, so they didn't even have the injection I was scheduled to receive in stock. It took 45 min in the waiting room for them to figure that out and tell me. Then they sent my prescription to a pharmacy I've never been to, so I have to drive to my usual pharmacy to find no scrip waiting, the back to Cano because their call center just put us on ho... read more

Today was the worst experience ever at Cano Dental. I had a 9a.m appt and didn't get seen till almost 12p.m. that's not all. I'v been having pain on some work that was done back in December. then covid hit i couldn't get to the doctor till now. The dentist who did the work under the name Dr Rosario Street. she is very Unprofessional. she did not once come to talk about my issues but sent her assists over. i was told last visit that they would take care of me and redo the problem i was having.And now to finally get to the ba... read more

Horrible experience as a new patient. Don't waste your time at this place. Time is valuable and places like this don't have any respect for that.

This is by far the very worst healthcare system imaginable. Impossible to get an appointment. When you do reach someone they don't have the ability to set the appointment. SO you then have to wait even longer for someone to call back . This is the biggest runaround you will ever experience in your life. One star is too many but they wouldn't let me put zero.

The lack of professionalism of this place is incredible, they do not have any kind of respect for the patient's time, or obviously, how he feels physically. My mother has lost a month with them and they are irresponsible when picking it up, they are never on time, and they never contact her to apologize for the delay. They do appointment and cancel without explanation either. Without a doubt Cano Health is the worst health care company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. There is no communication from Dr. to patient and none within the company. I take a statin for cholesterol and have taken it for years. Cano took over the practice I had been going to and now I've been waiting for over a month for a refill. They are completely inept and incompetent. They never answer emails and if you happen to get through to someone on the phone you are told "I'll look into it and get back to you... read more

On June 4, 2020 I made an appointment to talk to Dr. William Pena. They gave me a phone call appointment for August 12, 2020. They called me on Monday, August 10th to confirm my appointment. We rescheduled it for today, Thursday, August 13, 2020. After 2 1/2 months and 1 hour, waiting to finally talk to Dr. Pena, a woman called Patricia (claiming to be a Manager) called me and told me that I cannot talk to Dr. Pena because I don't live in FL.
