Well my primary doctor Dr. Aponte and his assistant Teresita Paulino MA are the best people ever. Their service is immaculate and precise. I had a ver bad bite on my arm that lentes a hole on my elbow. So bad my son wanted to take me to the hospital. I decided to sea my provider Mercedes jimenez and she happens to also cure wounds. I came in for to weeks every Day in the morning for wound care and slowly What was a huge painful hole, slowly closed and today was the last Day and i got my antibiótics and it looks Amazing, between my provider jimenez and medical assistant Teresita paulino díd an Amazing job and kept me from going to the hospital. I wish i could give -1. You cannot reach the office you speak to a customer service department who are not able to help only pass messages. You will never get a call back. On hold long time and waste of time. I had to keep calling for a week for a hospital bed. The case manager does not respond to messages either. They change doctors all the time without telling you. THE WORSE! The customer phone service might as well be located in India or Philippines - called in to cancel an appt for my elderly mother. The transfer ping pong game begun and ended with 6 ppl. No one knows anything, cannot reach the Flamingo Center nor anyone with a cell of intelligence. The only positive thing going for this Cano is the Gloria Mendizabal
