This is my Dad's doctor's office and we are very happy with the service we receive. They serve a lot of patients; therefore, sometimes the wait is short and other times the wait is long. Realistically, there many more patients than staff members, so it takes time to see everyone, and we understand and respect that. The worst center ever visit …. The staff one talk and talk low voice about the patient and the teamwork …. Don’t get me wrong the Dr. herrara is very good dr. But the staff is so unprofessional and not dedicated to the work two hours waiting with appointment….. it was 11 am and i was in at 9 am with an appointment…… whoever is a manager at the center have to work on his staff…. They ( the ladies on front desk) need to stop whispering about the team workers and the patients that visit that place…..
The staff here treats you like an actual human being: they greet you by name, remember who you are and your history, are always patient and caring, take their time listening to you and answering your questions 😊 the waiting may be significant but it's totally worth it. They are very diligent following up with referrals and tests... amazing place! 👏
Absolutely unacceptable concern for people or their time. I waiting over an hour for my appointment to be told there were still FIVE others ahead of me. I had no choice but to leave because I had another doctor appointment to get to. I have been waiting for 3 months for this appointment and I am livid. I took off of work for this and I was really counting on this appointment and now I’m left scrambling to find another specialist. It is not even humane to treat people this way.
The staff is great, they are very caring and friendly and the service is quick. They take care of you, in the activity center they have arts and crafts, fun activities to keep you busy, and they feed you delicious food! The drivers are excellent, when they pick you up they get down and open the car door for you and im loving it! If you need a primary doctor come to Cano Health, you can't go wrong, healthiness is their concern and business!!
