I've been a patient of Dr. Naseeruddin for @ 20 years. Now, but for the fact that they no longer accept my insurance (that I bought because they were in network) as of Dec 31, 2024, I have to find another PCP. I miss Central Florida Internist. Cano Health is garbage. The customer service when you call to make an appointment is trash. If i could give this place 0 stars I would. My God . i had an appointment with blood work and other tests to do . i did that. I then received a TEXT, not a Call to let me know they will not be taking my insurance anymore. i called them, to ask if i could keep my follow up appointment August 23rd . He said sorry find another doctor. what the hell is going on. cano Health is the absolute worse. The only reason I was there was for Dr Nass.I ENTERED THIS CLINIS WITH MY FATHER IN LAW WHO IS 88 YEARS OLD AND HE HAD A APPOINTMENT WITH A CARDIOLOGIST AND WE HAD TO CANCEL IT BECAUSE OF THE REFFERAL DEPT NEVER DID THERE JOB AND NOW THEY ARE DOING IT AGAIN WITH HIM WITH PAIN MANAGEMENT. SO DONE TIME TO REMOVE HIM FROM THIS PRACTICE. IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVE ONES, THIS IS NOT THE BEST PLACE FOR THERE CARE.
I love Dr Nasseruddin. Cano health is the worst in the market place. My dr never gets his messages. Call center refuses to transfer to his office. Cano health deserves a minus 10.
The Only reason I go to this office is because of Dr Nass. If he wasn't there I would have been stopped going. I can no longer refer people to him because the front office staff is ridiculous. There own call center can't reach them. They need to revamp the office or shut down.
