This place is a slight step above a community free clinic. I was 4 minutes late for an appointment. was spoken to incredibly rudly and was told I'd have to reschedule my follow-up visit for 3 weeks later. There is no rhyme or reason to the tests ordered or referrals given. They get you in, give you pages of bloodwork to have done, referrals to specialists so that they can prescribe or refill any medications, even if you've been on them for years. Cano has literally done nothing for me besides raise my blood pressure.

Dr. Molina and her staff are great! However, having to use the "call center" in order to speak to anyone sucks. They are clueless about my account/files. Requesting information from them is near impossible. I am currently at 1.5 days wait just to have my blood work order resent to me to go get blood drawn. I have been told numerous times that they had to send my request to someone else and they would then email it to me. It is beyond frustrating! I have been a patient here for many years. Dr Camejo is very good and cares about his patients. The office is fallen into pieces. I made an an appointment for my husband and 20 minutesl ater they called him to cancel. This has happened several times. No one knows why and who called him. In a nutshell, it is one of the worst places I have dealt with in United States. Very poor customer service, they do not answer telephone calls not to mention (the straw that broke the camels back) since April 25. If I can give a 0 star rating I would. Horrible customer service, no acknowledgement when you walk in and when you ask they just say one moment. It takes forever to see a Dr. And you only see another employee that you don't even know if they are a nurse or not.
