This doctor’s office has been an extremely disappointing experience. It feels like the only thing they truly care about is getting money from patients rather than actually helping them. I have expressed serious concerns multiple times regarding my father’s health and care, yet nobody seemed willing to listen or help. In the last 5 months my life has changed thanks to Dr. Arbaje and his team. The current team is the dream team!!! The only thing I would change is having the staff in the office answer the income calls as I had to wait 40+ minutes with the call center. I would recommend this office to my friends and family! Very happy hear!
Hello I’ve been thinking about this for a while all day to be exact I showed up this morning for an appointment with Dr. A and when I showed up for my appointment I had the assistant Morgan with the red hair . She was my assistant and I can’t I’m so sorry for who ever has to work with her my experience was nothing but pure hate I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but the attitude was very disrespectful. The office is great , brittany the MA is the best amd actually make things better , also the front desk but the phone service is HORRIBLE, as a patient this is a big issue . Fix it
New to this practice and everyone I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. Made to feel welcome as soon as I came through the door.
