A Cano Health driver stopped in front of my house and stole/loaded my recycling cart into the Cano Health Van. The office is making it very difficult to report. Even after I offered not to involve the police. I know these vehicles have GPS and the company knows exactly where their drivers are at all times. So telling me they do not know which driver was at an exact location at an exact time is very untrue. Do you encourage your drivers to steal while representing your company?
My mother came here for an appointment she made over 1month ago she was sick and not feeling well the day of her appointment, these people are rude, and don’t have any empathy. They cancelled her appointment simply because she didn’t have the doctor name listed on her insurance card. They could have simple given her another option instead of cancelling an appointment she made over a month ago. Horrible patients service, the girl who answered my phone call was totally sarcastic and unhelpful. Horrible
