I had an appointment at 9am. Got there 10-15 minutes early. Waited an hour to be seen by podiatrist. Was in there about 5 minutes, he did a very lousy job at cutting my nails. I know that this is not a nail salon but he could of done better. I asked if he could cut a sharp edge that he left on my big toe nail and he just loudly said, I am not done yet. He did cut it and wiped my feet with alcohol. That was it. Wanted me to make another appointment but I rather not. A child would of done a better job.
by far the most incompetent doctors office i have ever gone to.. first time i was there i went in for a referal to a neurologist, a neuopsychologist & a sleep apnea doctor and they kept trying to give me referrals to psychiatrists for "drugs to make me feel better" i had to argue with them for an hour for them to get me the proper referrals and to stop pushing drugs on me.. recently i just had to go back in to get blood work done.. i had some tests a different doctor had ordered and cano wanted to check my vitamin levels. i... read more
A Cano Health driver stopped in front of my house and stole/loaded my recycling cart into the Cano Health Van. The office is making it very difficult to report. Even after I offered not to involve the police. I know these vehicles have GPS and the company knows exactly where their drivers are at all times. So telling me they do not know which driver was at an exact location at an exact time is very untrue. Do you encourage your drivers to steal while representing your company?
My mother came here for an appointment she made over 1month ago she was sick and not feeling well the day of her appointment, these people are rude, and don’t have any empathy. They cancelled her appointment simply because she didn’t have the doctor name listed on her insurance card. They could have simple given her another option instead of cancelling an appointment she made over a month ago.
