Worst clinic I have ever been to. My mom usually goes here but the services is terrible. My mom the past week has called them Monday to Thursday nonstop to get her appointment book but they never even answer the phone. In a day 3-8 calls go out but no answer when they do they put you on hold for 15-20 mins and then hang up. Furthermore, we have to call this joke of a clinic to get my mom’s prescription sent over to the pharmacy. When they should be doing that automatically.
Being able to walk in and see your doctor during what you thought was a emergency is a relief. Being going there for years and always appreciate the service that I receive.
The office and Officer manager are very nice kind and exercises patience with the patient. I was very pleased with the service I received.
