Worst office ever, only person who helped was the medical assistant. As far as the provider Darnelle Faveur is very disrespectful overheard her last Wednesday while I was in the room with my mother talking to her medical assistant about my mom saying she’s crazy just here for drugs and she needs physc help. I spent nearly 1.5 hours from corporate to local office looking for basic information to set my healow account with Cano and no one in the office and corporate seems to know anything about Cano Practice-Code for this office. It is quiet embarrassing when their site clearly states that they are Healow integrated.
total waste of time! after 3 phone calls finally get through i was told to come into the office, I explained I have new ins. and need my prescriptions refilled asap. i was assured everything will be handled today, get there all they want is my information and want me to come back for an appt with a PA in 2 weeks!!! Did I really need to waste my time to go into the office for that?? The worst. Unless you are the kind of senior who's social life is Dr. appts stay clear.
Dr Dolcine and his medical staff are highly professional, sensitive, friendly and effective. It is like a family who one can trust to take care if you. Also, Andrea, Val, Teddy and Lishondra are the best.
