I gave a one because of the office staff. They never answer the phone. The first incompetent office manager yelled at me and said there was no MRI machines at Jupiter Medical Center (they have 2) I had to go to records have them printed out and drive to Healthy Partners to show her.(because they never answer the phone)After she left, the next office manager didn't know how to send a referral. I have went there for 2 years this year has been a nightmare! I had a physical PA put me in BP med when in 130’s! I dropped to 70/30! Then I was anxious over an abnormal test and put me in Lexapro BP went to 218/118! I almost went to hospital! So I know supposed to wean off med but no one would answer the phone all day! I stopped it! I called the next day and no one answered! Had to drive there to tell them! Another test abnormal lab told me they kept saying they didn’t get the result! I gave 3 stars because I like Dr. Inwood and the PA Zuledys. They sent me for a chest X-ray back on 2/17/23. The referral was not filled out correctly. The diagnostic place went ahead and did the X-ray, they were not going too, I should have left. Instead they took the X-ray and called and left a VM at Healthy Partners telling them they needed to call back and get the issues taken care of. To this day, they have never called. My X-ray is still there and has never been read. I had to pay for an X-ray that was never even read.... read more

It’s been over two weeks trying to get an RX refill. The office staff simply don’t answer the phone and option to leave a message. Drove to office 45 min trip and spoke to staff about need for refill. So far still no response.

I have never received such poor care. Doctor & NP never retained my previous medical records. Complete lack of care and horrible bedside manner. My first visit everyone “went to lunch” and I was promised a referral would be faxed. It took three days as well as involving a third party to get this done. My second visit there was “an emergency” after I was already brought back and told no else was there to see me.
