Excellent service provided to my grandmother at this facility, professional management, office staff and providers who deeply care for their patients. My grandmother has been in their care for 2 years and I’m pleased to say she has shown significant change in her quality of life by having her medications and her health improve. Thank you to the amazing team and a big thank you to Julia for always taking good care of all her needs!

I would give 0 stars to Dr. Santiago Forteza if I could. My grandma's appointment time (for a simple lab review) was at 1:40pm and she was still sitting in the waiting room at 3:50pm. After multiple attempts of asking what his status/ETA was, we found him sitting on his computer and his reply was "10 more minutes". After 15 minutes passed, we asked if my grandma could see someone else. At 4pm she was finally seen by Dr. Namnum. My appointment was for 10:00 it is going on 11:00 and I am still waiting for a doctor to see me it's uncalled for if my appointment was for 10:00 then they should have seen me at that time

This place is an absolute disaster. Healthy Partners is the most disorganized, unprofessional doctor's office I've ever dealth with. I was told by one staff memeber that I had an appointment, only to be told by another that I ddin't. I showed up early, was the first patient there, and still waited over an hour and a half just to be told I supposedly didn't have an appointment. The staff clearly has no communication, and the entire office is just chaotic - doctors rushing around like they're lost, and no one knows what's goi... read more
