Doctor Joffre Alfredo is great. He spends time with you. Reviews all ypur information throughly. He actually listens to your concerns without rushing you. I hope the medical group can keep him. It would be a great loss to lose such a great doctor. He also speaks perfect spanish.

I am very satisfied with this Health Care Provider and Cano partner. Sylvia Kohler and Dr Peters are wonderful to work with. They both take the time to go the extra mile when needing prescription refills and referrals sent. I highly recommend this office for Health Care needs.

Excellent service provided to my grandmother at this facility, professional management, office staff and providers who deeply care for their patients. My grandmother has been in their care for 2 years and I’m pleased to say she has shown significant change in her quality of life by having her medications and her health improve. Thank you to the amazing team and a big thank you to Julia for always taking good care of all her needs!

I would give 0 stars to Dr. Santiago Forteza if I could. My grandma's appointment time (for a simple lab review) was at 1:40pm and she was still sitting in the waiting room at 3:50pm. After multiple attempts of asking what his status/ETA was, we found him sitting on his computer and his reply was "10 more minutes". After 15 minutes passed, we asked if my grandma could see someone else. At 4pm she was finally seen by Dr. Namnum. While him and the staff at the front desk were very kind and apologetic, it was still ridiculous. ... read more
