I am very satisfied with the care that I receive. Dr. Mercedes Jimenez is great. She is very attentive to the care that I need and I receive the appropriate care. The staff is so friendly and caring. I would recommend this center to everyone.
My doctor, Mercedes Jiménez, is an excellent professional, as is Teresita (MA). She provides excellent care and explains everything very clearly. At this Cano Health clinic, I feel heard and well taken care of at all times. The staff in general are very friendly and always show interest in their patients. I visited the CanoHealth office in Hialeah at 4410 West 16th Ave today with an emergency, and as always, the attention and concern shown by Yaimarelis and all the reception staff was excellent. I'm very happy with my Dr. Batista; she's the best. She takes the time to listen and diagnose. The front desk staff are the best; they're always attentive and helpful. The doctor's assistant is very professional. I'm very happy to be at Cano.
I am very happy with my Dr. Norma Batista. She is always aware of my medical needs and is very professional, with excellent medical knowledge.
