I have been seen at this office for 5 years! The Dr.Marreno Is the best; knowledgeable, compassionate,understanding plus explains clearly without only using medical terminology and responds in a timely manner. I also have had many contacts with the office staff due to publix pharmacy mistakes and needed appointment changes..they are quick to respond promptly,professionally and have gone out of there way to resolve problems. I am a patient of this practice.First impression was good. So I was in the hospital for pancreatitis. So I called the doctor's office because they set up a video call.I went to do the video call and let me link on. Call the office.The girl told me the doctor would call me after lunch to see what was going on and why I was in the hospital..NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK AT ALL AFTER GETTING DISCHARGE FROM THE HOSPITAL. Great service with the people. The doctor is amazing, the Wellness Center I attend is great. I feel happy to be attending here on a daily basis.
I took my son to this medical center to get medical attention. The doctor that saw him was fantastic and caring. But the call center was absolutely useless. The multiple referrals we received, needed the doctors names changed due to them not receiving new patients. The information was given to the call center and never forwarded to the south Tampa office. We had to go in person to get the changes more, but even this had to be forwarded to another center to be done. After 3 weeks no appointments for specialist have been made... read more
One of the best clinic of Canohelath in Tampa!! Great teamwork. I got a great experience over there and I have to say that the ladies who are working in the front they are working hard to make the best for their patients. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants a good doctor and kindness from all workers. They will treat you so gently and so much care.
