I took my son to this medical center to get medical attention. The doctor that saw him was fantastic and caring. But the call center was absolutely useless. The multiple referrals we received, needed the doctors names changed due to them not receiving new patients. The information was given to the call center and never forwarded to the south Tampa office. We had to go in person to get the changes more, but even this had to be forwarded to another center to be done. After 3 weeks no appointments for specialist have been made... read more
One of the best clinic of Canohelath in Tampa!! Great teamwork. I got a great experience over there and I have to say that the ladies who are working in the front they are working hard to make the best for their patients. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants a good doctor and kindness from all workers. They will treat you so gently and so much care.
Second appointment was cancelled with no notice. Third appointment cancelled because they no longer accept insurance. Call log on my phone shows they never called. Maybe the number was wrong. Stuck with high medical bills I was unaware of before tests were submitted by doctor.
My first appointment here and I could not be happier. Very thorough and in and out with no problem at all! Love the Dr.! The efficiency and helpfulness of the front desk was superb!!
