Well my primary doctor Dr. Aponte and his assistant Teresita Paulino MA are the best people ever. Their service is immaculate and precise. I am most grateful for my Cano staff, I think it’s easier to complain and people seldom take their time to reward a professional work, an empathetic and efficient staff and a dedicated totally committed to healthcare PCP. I’m grateful beyond words to have that and more in my Cano Health at Flamingo Plaza first floor located on 4410 west 16th Ave suite 33. I wish i could give -1. You cannot reach the office you speak to a customer service department who are not able to help only pass messages. You will never get a call back. On hold long time and waste of time. I had to keep calling for a week for a hospital bed. The case manager does not respond to messages either. They change doctors all the time without telling you. The worst place for Healthcare. This is a factory to make money from the insurance company. The DME home health company they use is bad to. I'm writing this ... read more

THE WORSE! The customer phone service might as well be located in India or Philippines - called in to cancel an appt for my elderly mother. The transfer ping pong game begun and ended with 6 ppl. No one knows anything, cannot reach the Flamingo Center nor anyone with a cell of intelligence. The only positive thing going for this Cano is the Gloria Mendizabal

I have been coming to these doctors for years, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Very well trained and friendly staff, they actually want to help.
