I am utterly dismayed of the lack of professionalism and ethics with this health institution. I arrived to lobby full of unhappy patients waiting for assistance. I was greeted by front desk staff shortly after demanded for co-pay before knowing the reason for my visit. I called the general number, which to note is a horrible way to run a healthcare facility. I wish I could give zero stars. This is not the first time that I have experienced this, it happens everytime! I had an appointment for 2:45pm, I got to the location at 2:40pm. It is now 4:40pm and I still haven't been called in to see the doctor. They schedule many patients for the same time, demand that they come in early and have you wait 1-2 hours to even see the doctor. Please save yourself the time and energy and just go to a different location. Your very welcome.
I received a call from the doctor's office to return their call to discuss blood work. I returned the call and have been placed on hold...it has been a total time of 54:30. I have called back and have been given the run around and placed on hold again. Is this the quality of care i can expect from a physicians in 2016. I don't have to mention how expensive medical care is.
This place is deplorable, and don’t care about their patients. On two occasions I called the emergency/after hours number because I had a sinus infection, and Covid. No after hours physician, or nurse practitioner ever returned my call. They Don’t care! I had to call an outside telehealth service called PlushCare for help. I’m done with Cano.
I can not begin to describe how disgusted I am with the physician at this facility (Dr Peña-sirahaydee ). How inhumane it is to watch one suffer due to the lack of nutrition given to him by a third party vendor in which this facility contracts, and do ABSOLUTELY nothing about it?! Totally disregard one’s health based on an illness that she deemed to be unworthy of aide.
