I cannot imagine any health providers, anywhere in the world, that could be more incompetent, less organized, less professional, than Cano Health. I have been trying to get them to send a referral to a specialist for four months now. I have called them five times and each time they tell me it will be taken care of. They have changed my PCP three times so that by now I'm not even sure who my PCP is. I'm giving them one more chance but if they fail this time, I will change to another healthcare provider.

If it could be possible I wouldn’t give any star. This guys have gone from bad to worst. Spent the whole morning in the waiting room for my 9:15 am appointment, left without seeing the Dr. after the very unprofessional front desk tried to play on me saying, she have told me my appointment was at 10:30am, so I need to wait, despite the fact of me having a card with my appointment’s time, and being at the office 15 minutes before that time. Personally not a great experience. This medial group caters primarily to the Hispanic community and I felt like I was being treated differently. For example, I got lab work and X-rays done and I had to fight to get my meds filled - there was an issue with two different doctors seeing me. But labs are labs and the results will show you. No one called to follow up on my results from the X-rays. Even it nothing was wrong a courtesy call would have been nice. I had to call and reach out to get scheduled.
