THE WORST PCP YOU CAN HAVE!!! OFFICE STAFF SUCK AND CANT ASSIST, THEY ARE MISERABLE. CANO IS THE WORSE !!!!! ESPECIALLY STAFF ANAYCE (SPANISH GIRL) I THINK SHES FRONT DESK SHE DIDNT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING I SAID AND I WHEN I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE SHE SAID HANG UP AND CALL BACK, I CALLED 10+ TIMES AND THE WHOLE OFFICE KEPT IGNORING MY CALLS. My mother has breast cancer and had an appointment scheduled today that required a referral. This office had over 24 hours to send it, and we called multiple times yesterday and today to make sure it was handled. We were given conflicting information by different staff members—some said the referral had already been sent, others said it had not yet been approved. In reality, the referral was never sent. Because of this failure, my mother could not be seen and now cannot get another appointment until March. Delays like this... read more

I accompanied my mother to her appointment at this clinic and was impressed by the quality of service. The entire staff was friendly, and the doctor displayed great professionalism and caring. You can tell they treat people like family here. Highly recommended!
