Horrible. My dad was a patient. Had three different doctors in two years. The new doctor was rude and never took the time to look at my dad’s medical history. I’m in another state and every other doctor my dad has had will let my dad put me on the phone to ask questions. This last doctor threatened to throw my dad out if he didn’t hang up the phone. My doctor for the last 20 years retired so I had to seek a new physician. This facility was close to my house so i made an appointment. They require you to use a call center located in Miami where the operators barely speak English and are difficult to understand or communicate with. First, they scheduled me to an incorrect office and after showing up, had to reschedule. I finally met a doctor and had my exam. Possibly the worst medical establishment we’ve ever encountered. My husband switched to this group after his favored practitioner left the area. He has had four visits and three different doctors. There is a severe language barrier not only with the office and medical personnel but the doctors themselves. Apparently they can’t keep doctors or this organization is a way station for doctors passing through. Terrible organization and forget about trying to call the office. This place was quick with service, yes I'll give it that. But when they're prescribing medications they're horrid. My husband needs his two perticular perscriptions, he's gone down their twice in person to have them contact the pharmacy, the pharmacy even called the doctor who prescribed them & have gotten nowhere. The text messages he receives from the office are in Spanish & he doesn't understand that language at all. Time to look for another office & doctor.

I’ve been a Cano Health patient for about 6 months and I love it. They are very diligent about taking care of my healthcare needs. When I call with urgent issues, they get me right in. Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful. I’m very happy with the care that I receive at Cano Health!
