This clinic is always clean, staff are friendly. I’ve been coming here for at least more than a year. I always came out satisfied with Dr. Gonzalez. He’s the best Dr. i’ve ever had, cause he listens to every problems that i have to say. He always took his time unlike other doctors who ar just in and out. Dr. Hector Gonzales is someone you can talk to and listens to you either personal or health issues. It’s sad that he does not work there anymore. I felt like I lost a very good friend. Very sad.

Majority of the staff are decent..however today I didn’t care for their services. One girl or lady with the glasses that works the desk was kinda rude. I asked when my next appointment.. she replied I’m busy. She lucky I didn’t report her .. I know she needs her job to pay her bills. I understand we have bad days.. but when we’re at work you have to put that aside and remain professional. Kinda ghetto & hood. To the rest of the staff, Thanks.

Great staff and very clean facility It was my first time at this center and I was very impressed but how nice the front desk young man and nurse were. Friendly, professional and efficient. The place was immaculate and well equipped. DR Mayora was really nice and took her time with me. I read a few people complaining about the staff speaking Spanish. Today was my first visit to Cano. It was excellent! I've already recommended it to two people. - The office was impeccably clean. - The front desk was nice. - The wait was short. - The nurse who took my vitals, Diana, was SO nice! - Victoria, the nurse practitioner, was amazing! Very personable, took her time to assess my needs, offered immediate help to lessen my pain, ordered an x-ray to be done immediately after the consultation (right there in the office!), and processed all my referrals to other doctors. I’ve been a patient for 2 years, coming to Florida as my new home, starting over with a new PCP was easy transfer, my care for routine and follow up testing and continued care for issues, I’m very pleased with the care.
