I just wanted to say thank you very much to the doctor and his team. It was excellent service very nice and very understanding and made me feel super super comfortable. I also want to thank the doctor, he was very thorough in his questions, and, he made me feel that there are solutions for everything. I can’t thank him enough and his team for the consultation I had today. I am so grateful !!!!😁😇🫡

I’ve had one appointment with Dr Acebo. She called in the wrong prescription to the pharmacy from get-go. It’s been two weeks of constant calling to try to get her to call in the correct prescription and she won’t help. She didn’t log on to the telehealth appointment we had scheduled and said she would call me back three times with no calls. I was asked to hold twice for over 15 minutes. Horrible experience! Choose another healthcare facility. They do not respect appointment times! Waited 2 hours to be seen by a Dr with a scheduled appointment. Staff is not helpful. When I voiced that I had an appointment and I have been waiting for 2 hours that told me that there’s nothing they can do.
DMC is a disaster, a horrendous service. You need to be ready for a long wait over the phone, if you are lucky and they take your call, be ready because probably they are going to tell you that some body is going to call you back to give you your appointment...but guess what? no body is going to call you.
