I was very surprised and pleased. I haven’t had the opportunity to sit this long with a doctor in years. Dr. George Layton 🤩🤩🤩 for my new patient appointment. The staff was very helpful even though insurance was a nightmare. They even helped with that. The front desk personnel was amazing and extremely helpful. Dr. Layton was absolutely amazing. I love the staff here, everyone is very pleasant despite the language barrier. I met with the new manager,Alisha and she is very professional and took time to introduce herself and actually spoke with me. I like that very much

Dr.Layton was always so sweet and compassionate unfortunately he is no longer in charge of my family members care. It is now Dra.H or E (not sure how you spell her name) I received a call from this woman a few minutes before 5PM and it was the most nerve wracking telephonic experience I had ever had this woman lacked so much understanding, compassion and phone etiquette. Cannot even make an appointment through phone call. After waiting for 20 minutes the first person answered my call. After telling her that I am a new patient she transferred me to what she called the new patient department. However, the second person who answered the call quickly transferred me to somewhere else again. Then I need to tell the third person who answered the call again that I am a new patient and I would like to make an appointment.
